DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Atomic Monkey Design strives to process your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, please note that all orders can take up to 2 business days to process. Orders placed after 2 pm EST will not be processed until the following business day. Once your package is shipped, an email will be sent to the listed email address with tracking information.

Delivery Times - Standard Shipping For all orders shipped via Standard Ground to the East Coast, delivery time is approximately 2-3 business days. For all orders shipped via Standard Ground to the Midwest, delivery time is approximately 3-5 business days. For all orders shipped via Standard Ground to the West Coast, delivery time is approximately 4-7 business days. Please note that the times listed are an estimate and not guaranteed. Packages will normally arrive between 10 am and 5 pm local time.

Delivery Times - Expedited Shipping Please note that all orders shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air will only be shipped same day if the order is placed BEFORE 2 PM EST. If the order is placed after 2 pm EST then it will not be processed and shipped until the business following day. Please note that as part of our shipping policy, Atomic Monkey Design, does not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery, therefore expedited shipping does not cover weekend delivery. Packages normally arrive between 8:30 am and 3:30 pm local time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Billing Information Atomic Monkey Design welcomes international orders through our website. As part of our policy to protect our international customers from credit card fraud, all international cardholders are required to manually verify their credit card information before their order can be processed and shipped. International customers are required send us a copy of a drivers license or other form of government issued identification and a copy of the front and back of the credit card used to place the order. This information can be sent either via email to support@atomicmonkeydesign.com.

Please note that this information will only be used to verify your billing information and for no other purchase. Please be sure that the information that you send is clear and legible. Otherwise, we will require that you provide us with the information again.

Please make note of your order number on any and all items that you send to us pertaining to your order.

Cost of Shipping - International Orders Shipping to Canada is available for a flat rate of $20 per order. The cost of shipping orders to all other locations may vary depending on the item purchased and the location of the country. Atomic Monkey Design can only ship orders to countries to which UPS delivers. If you would like to place an order, please contact us at support@atomicmonkeydesign.com for an estimated shipping quote to your country.

Additional International Costs & Fees International customers are liable for all duties, taxes and local fees that may be incurred. International customers are also responsible for determining the costs of these said fees and for any shipping costs as a result of a return or exchange.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

RETURN POLICY

All purchases may be returned for a credit within 30 days of receiving the package. Please contact us immeadiatly about any problems. The customer will be liable for shipping charges to return the package. All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

RETURN PROCESS

1. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us immeadiatly at support@atomicmonkeydesign.com. Your request will be processed and you will be issued a Return Number.

2. Once you are contacted about your return and issued a Return Number, pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging to ensure product safety during return shipping. We strongly recommend insuring the returned package, as Atomic Monkey Design is not responsible for damaged or lost shipments.

3. Return the product(s) to the address provided by our returns department with your Return Number written clearly on the outside of the box.

4. Once we receive the returned product(s), any refunds due or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days.

**Please read carefully: Our company will not accept any returned packages without a Return Number on the outside of the box. We reserve the right to refuse any packages that do not have an Return Number. If an item without an Return Number is returned in a manner in which we are unable to refuse the package without cost, the customer is responsible for the cost of having the item shipped back to them.**

DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT

If your item is damaged, shipped incorrectly or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of receiving your package. We will have the package picked up from you and a new product sent out free of charge. All returns after 72 hours will be treated as a regular return in which the customer will be liable for shipping charges. Please be sure to inspect your package carefully when it arrives.

So how do I save a buck? -Buy a lot of stuff. Frequent customers will receive discount coupons whenever new products become available. We enjoy doing business with you and we want you to come back. Discounts and free shipping can be worked out with large orders, for more information then contact us anytime at support@atomicmonkeydesign.com.

- Cancelled Orders -

My order was cancelled, why? -An order can be cancelled due to several reasons. If your billing address or zip code do not match the number on your credit card then an order can be cancelled on suspicion of fraud. Also, if your order does not have an accurate shipping charge in place it can be cancelled. This honest mistake usually occurs with international orders. If you select UPS Ground (a US only rate) and your order is in England, then the order will not be processed. We're not trying to be stingy but our company makes no profit off of shipping.

- International Shipping -

Do you ship internationally? - Yes we do. If you live in Canada please select UPS Standard to Canada to get an accurate shipping estimate. For any other orders to other countries outside the United States and Canada you can choose to use UPS Worldwide Expedited or USPS Global Priority Mail.

What is the difference between UPS Worldwide Expedited and USPS Global Priority Mail? - UPS Worldwide Expedited is in an insured and speedy way of getting your packages overseas in just a few days. It's also expensive. USPS Global Priority Mail is a much cheaper but it will take two or three weeks for delivery.
